Returns and Refunds
At Braid N Gel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully to understand the process.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Unused and Unopened Products: Products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging are eligible for return. We will not accept returns on products that have been used or opened.
- Hair Bundles: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on hair bundles unless they are unopened and in their original packaging.
- Timeframe for Returns: Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery. After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or opened hair care products (including gels, oils, serums, sprays, mousses).
- Clearance or sale items.
- Hair bundles that have been removed from their packaging.
- Gift cards or other items marked as non-returnable.
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Please email us at order@braidngel.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the product.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Rejected Returns: If your return is not approved (e.g., the product is used, opened, or outside the return window), we will notify you and the item will be returned to you at your cost.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or full refund for the damaged item. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the damage.
7. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at order@braidngel.com. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the processing time, please check with your bank or credit card company. There may be a delay in posting the refund due to their processing times.

9. International Returns
For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customs fees and taxes on returns are also the responsibility of the customer.
